We are now nearing the end of this course, but hopefully the start of your ongoing leadership journey. I have to remind you that we have only scratched the surface here and of course, you may disagree with my thoughts and ideas within here.

And that's perfectly ok with me. As I've said, all models are wrong and so too are all coaches! What I really care about is how you think about leadership and what you can do to lead others well. I simply want to connect you to ideas and then you take the reins and off you go (I'll always be here to help you though 🆘😊)

This final module is my favourite (I'm biased as an L&D professional) and is the one facet above all others that sets people apart when it comes to effectiveness as a leader.
