So we've covered leading self, others and decision making. These are pretty meaty topics all on their own and can take a lifetime to get half decent at, so let's consider an approach that will make these tasks much easier.

Communication! Again, a huge topic and far too broad to go into in a short course, but I think the secret lies in our approach as leaders to tackling all the different ways we can communicate. At the heart of which is what I call a 'coaching approach' to leadership. With a coaching mindset at the heart of all our communication, we stand a chance of having our message heard, felt and acted upon.
